Application of Leaf Separator :

 

Purification separator: oil-water separator.

The oil-water separator is generally installed at the inlet or outlet of the compressor.

If the oil-water separator installed in the imported oil-water separator has high separation efficiency, the efficiency of the compressor will be improved, because the compressor can do useful work and useless work, if the imported gas contains less useless oil and water in the middle, the useful work increases, and the efficiency is higher, then in the long run, the reduced operating cost is far greater than the cost used to improve the oil-water separation efficiency.

 

If installed at the compressor outlet, the gas transmitted to the user can be purified, so that the user's operating cost is reduced or the operation is safer and more stable, and it is also significantly more cost-effective than the cost of improving the gas-liquid separation efficiency.

 

2. Process media separators such as: gas-liquid separators after evaporators of refrigeration systems.

Refrigeration system is the use of refrigerant liquid phase change latent heat to refrigeration, the process medium in the evaporator absorbs a lot of heat to be cooled material, so that the liquid phase into the gas phase, and then sent to the absorber or compressor, and then the generator or condenser, and from the gas phase into the liquid phase.

 

3. Product separators such as: ammonia separators in synthetic ammonia systems.

Since the reaction of raw gas cannot be complete each time, the generated ammonia and the unreacted raw gas are mixed together. After passing through the cooler, most of the gas ammonia becomes liquid ammonia. After passing through the separator, the raw gas continues to react after being boosted by the compressor.
